A: Amendment of Terms and Notification

AgraLiving reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. Your use of the Website following such a change constitutes your binding agreement to the updated Terms and Conditions.

In order to respect the privacy of minors, we never knowingly collect, maintain or process personal information submitted via our Website by any person under the age of 18. We will only collect personal information on minors in the context of one of the purposes mentioned in the purposes listed in section C,  only with the appropriate consent or as otherwise permitted under applicable laws.

F. Third Party Collections

We use Third Parties to collect and store our Accounts, Campaigns, Payment Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy as well as other information related to volunteers and customer service.

  1. Wix (the web platform that hosts the Website, and collects and stores the information for all transactions through our checkout page)

  2. 2CheckOut (a Wix affiliated app that allows us to collect credit card information securely through dually trusted resources.)

  3. Paypal (a trusted payment platform)

  4. Etsy (a trusted online artisan marketplace)

  5. Google Adwords (is an advertising service by Google for businesses wanting to display ads on Google and its advertising network.)

  6. Google Analytics (is a free Web analytics service that provides statistics and basic analytical tools for search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing purposes)

  7. Google AdSense (another Google took that allows us to display ads on other websites.)

G: Security

This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information, that information is encrypted and is protected.

Your personal information may be stored and accessed by us in Bermuda, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia or the EU. We use third party service providers and product suppliers which may be located internationally. Your information may be accessible to governmental and law enforcement organizations in those countries. We do not authorize any of our service providers to make any other use or disclosure of your information. We transfer your information to these third party service providers only to the extent necessary for them to perform services on our behalf.

 

H: Data Retention

We will retain your data for a period of 1 year from the time we first collect your data if you have no additional activity or until you opt out.

If you're sick and tired of hearing from us, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email we send.

You can review your profile personal information at any time. My Account information will include the information you have voluntarily provided to us to set up an account as well as transaction information conducted when logged in to your account. Other information about you not added to your My Account profile or associated with purchases not made when logged in to your account may not be accessible through your My Account profile.

To access your personal information in your My Account profile online, simply click the login at the top of any web page and sign in.

Alternatively, if you do not want to receive promotional emails that notify you of new product arrivals, exclusive offers, upcoming events, store openings and other fun stuff, just click the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of any AgraLiving email. This unsubscribe option is only applicable to email marketing.

Our policy allowing customers to opt-out of information sharing with third parties for marketing purposes also applies to our Canadian customers.
